    I went to Blitz Barber Shop around ***** a.m. on February the 2nd (this year) to get a bald fade, when I made it home I notice that it was bald spots on the top of my head. I went back to Blitz Barber Shop in showed him the bald spots on the top of my head and got ready to leave, he was leaving to, before I got to my car he said that I had some kind of disease on the top of my head which is a lie and he got to laughing about the situation which I don't appreciate that at all. He charged me $25.00 which he gave me back $20.00 when I showed the top of my head. The only way this can be corrected, if I get a complete bald head.
