Our experience with Renovate Memphis has been deeply frustrating. **************** promise of a "turn-key service" fell short, leaving us managing the project ourselves. A more detail review can be found on ******* Communication: We were left in the dark, with promised regular updates seldom received.Work Delays: A ***** week project extended to over 39 weeks.Inadequate Planning: Delays resulted from missing basics like a toilet, underestimated drywall, and surprising gas dryer installation.Contract Discrepancies: Material and repair discrepancies deviated from the contract, leading to additional expenses.Quality Control: Issues from grout to flooring and molding mismatch added to our frustrations.Payment and Change Orders: Unapproved change orders and undisclosed costs disrupted our budget.We encourage others facing similar issues to share their experiences and hold contractors accountable. We hope for a resolution, but the journey has been challenging.Update: We've worked with Renovate Memphis to address issues, but many remain unresolved.
