    Ive visited Marthas for years and Ive never had any issues until recently. Customer service is normally pretty good. Prices have increased but still good service for your money. Recently *** started bringing my daughter with me to get her hair silk pressed. This past weekend we both received service. The weekend before Christmas to be exact. We were the first customers so service was rather quick. My stylist started my hair first then several minutes later my daughter stylist started her hair. My hair is thin and not as long as my daughter hair so it doesnt take long to dry or style. My daughter hair is very thick and much longer than mines so it normally takes a little longer. However my stylist and my daughter stylist finished at the same time. It kind of alarmed me but I didnt make a fuss about it. Not to mention by the time I turned around the stylist had already wrapped her hair. I never seen the finish look but I took my teenage daughter word that it was straight and *** never had a problem with our hair not being straight. However with it being a holiday weekend and it being extremely crowded I think she rushed the process. Which lead to my daughter hair not being straight on Christmas. I was so disappointed. Not to mention I paid a $100 for us both and tipped both stylist. Had I known I would have went back up there that day however we both kept our hair wrapped until Christmas. Due to Christmas being on a Monday and me having to work I went into ****** today 12/28/23 to address the issue. The stylist had her sit down and led me to believe she was going to fix her hair free of charge. Once she was done they gave me the hardest time in front of everyone in the shop. I tried explaining everything but all ****** is concerned about is money. She kept saying its been a week etcshes greedy and is willing to loose two good long term paying customers over a few dollars. I was embarrassed and disappointed. *** never tried to get over on anyone.
