      I am writing to formally request a refund for my 11 out of 12 wax pass purchased at European Wax Center (EWC) for approximately $600. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years, consistently investing in prepaid 12-month wax passes because of the quality of service and consistency provided by their experienced wax professionals.However, in the past year, I have noticed a significant and persistent turnover of wax professionals, which has unfortunately led to a decline in the consistency and quality of service. As consistency and reliability were key factors in my decision to purchase the annual pass, I no longer feel that the product I purchased is being delivered as promised. In the beginning I had the same long standing wax specialist for years. Now, from one month to the next I cannot be guaranteed the same wax specialist. These are the NINE (9) names of the ladies I had appointments over with over the last year to 1.5 years ********** **** Chelsie, ****** **** ******* ****** ****** and *****) and there are probably more.I believe that my longstanding loyalty to EWC, combined with the valid concerns raised above, warrants a refund of the unused portion of my wax pass. I would appreciate a review of my concerns regarding my account and service history and process a refund accordingly to my credit card. I do not want a store credit which has been offered because this does not solve/address my concern.

      We responded to the guest that we are unable to refund her wax pass as it was purchased in 2021.  We have offered her a gift card instead of store credit.

      Local operations manager is taking no responsibility for the actions of her East Memphis manger and its looking like the franchisees point of contact could care less either. Would really appreciate some help from someone that cares about customer service because theres nothing but immature nonsense going on with the companies local leadership.

      As I let the Operations Manager know, I have absolutely no want or need for any services/store credit to ANY location. I have made it ******* clear that the blatant unprofessionalism and disrespect that I experienced from the manager at the East Memphis location has 100% let me know that EWC is not a place that I want to be give another dollar to. This situation that we are dealing with right now completely solidifies that the business policies are just as unprofessional. Store credit would have sufficed until the manager hung up on me, followed my the receptionist hanging up on me which was then followed by ALL of my calls being screened & sent to voicemailthats not customer servicethats immaturity, negligence & just being a rude human being.
