      *************. Purchase Order #: NHJ032024AF. Sales Agent named **** called and tried to see me some flashlights. **** called next day, told my colleague that I had approved the order and he was only waiting for credit card information, which my colleague provided him. I received an email on 3/20/2024 at 149pm- that an order was placed and the same day at 7:36 - I asked for a cancellation (see attachment). **** *. called me on 3/21 after reading my email and he told me that he has billed my card and he can accept return if i don't sell the items (see attachment). **** began apologizing repeatedly and assured me that if i tried to use the product it will sell and if it doesn't he will accept the product back for a 100% refund. On 5/21/24 I asked **** to return as the product did not sell (see attachment) On 7/29 - I again, asked the company and **** F to return the product since it did not sell. He told me he was working on the return now and that i will get an email soon with return label. On 8/8 - i was directed to ******** ***** who was in charge of my account. I asked ******** via phone to return the product on 8/20 and again on 8/27 - ******** assured me that the product will be returned and i will be refunded the full amount of purchase and they will send me the returns label soon. On 9/4 I emailed ******** that i did not see any returns label and that i wanted to return their product, and he informed me that he was no longer with Nebo. On 9/23 I spoke with ***** - who told me she will send me the return label by the end of the day. I am asking for a full refund and for the company to investigate this matter. First you should not charge anyone when you have been told in writing to cancel the order. Secondly, the return should have been processed. I went above and beyond in my attempt, but they keep changing employees and continue using their fraudulent practices. ACG Brand and NEBO use these fraudulent tactics to make sales.
