    I wish I could leave zero stars!! The subcontractors that Astor uses to build homes are **** poor. Unfortunately, our one-year warranty has expired so we are at the whims of our insurance company. We have had to submit two claims within two months, all dealing with water leaks behind the drywall. Due to the location of the leak, there was no way for the home inspector to catch the error. Being that I was one of the first in my subdivision (*****************, DeSoto County, **) I saw how fast the subcontractors put up the surrounding houses. Beware prospective homebuyers, press the issue when Astor Fine Builders are building your home.
