I enrolled in this school for the *** program. I have paid a total of six hundred dollars for this program. The program was scheduled to be online and in person for the lab portion. I have never been given a receipt for the money I paid for the class. CPR was included in the price of the program but was never taught to me. The program ended in July 9, 2023. I was never read nor informed of my tuberculosis results. While in the lab portion of the class there were numerous disruptions and I was not able to learn. I have reached out to the school for my bill and I informed the school that I did not grasp the learning part or the lab portion. I was informed that I could not complete my clinicals because I had not paid in full. What am I paying in full? I have never been presented with a bill and I do not feel that I have learned anything from this school. I want my six hundred dollars refunded back to me because this program is a joke. Now the owner of the school states that CPR training will be provided this Thursday from 9-1pm but that does not work for me because I work a job in the day. She also states that she wants to do an exit interview on this Wednesday evening which does not work for me because I have enrolled in a real school in the evenings to get the training and schooling that I need to succeed in the medical field. I feel as though the owner misrepresented her business and stole my money because I did not learn anything and what was promised to me as a student was a lie. I want my money back, I tried to reach out to the school but my calls were never returned. Please help me get a resolution.
