    Yes, I made an order with Apiphany Candles on April 1, 2023. I have not received my order as of yet May 8, 2023 and we're in the same city. I email and messenger the owner to check the status of my order. She informed me first and foremost, she doesn't sit all day and read emails and messenger. That was one Red Flag because that was how I placed my order. She stated " the reason you haven't received your order is because I am out of stock on some of your items. You will receive 2 pkgs one with some of your items and the other with your Candles ". That was 2 -3 weeks ago. I have not received a single item. I called the number listed Thursday May 4, 2023 and to her surprise, when she answered it was me and I asked about my status of my order and ****** (The Owner) told me she mailed it off and had sent me an email. Still, all these Red Flags and I continued to transact this order with Apiphany Candles. I found tge email and sure enough the email stated your oder has been shipped. Finally I said, Well, I have **** tracking on all my mail and a label was made on April 27, 2023 by Apiphany to me but the *********** hasn't received the Goods as of May 8, 2023. I'm very Perturbed by this entire Process with this Business. If you can help me, I would Truly Appreciate It. You can't just get someone's money and play around with it.. Thank you..

    BBB, I want to Thank you for your time and efforts in assisting me to try and recover the return of my money spent with this company Apiphany Candles and Creations without ever receiving products. I too never got a response and visited my bank and filed a Fraud Report and resented evidence of payments through AfterPay to mentioned company and a fee days later, I was refunded my money. Again, Thank you Very Much for All Of Your Efforts.
