After ten years of cleaning our ceramic tile floors ourselves, it became harder to make the floors look really clean. We noticed the *** Floor Care truck at our neighbor's house. Our neighbor was very pleased with the floors cleaned by ***. We scheduled them to clean our tile floors and two area rugs. After they cleaned/sealed our tile floors, we were truly surprised to see that our kitchen/bathroom floors honestly look brand new! Plus the colors in the two area rugs are vibrant once again. I cant speak highly enough of ***** and PSH flooring. They did everything with courtesy and according to what was scheduled. Our 14 year old wall to wall carpet looks brand new(really, it does). We had no idea it could look this good! Our travertine floors and the mortar are beautiful again and the 30+ year old ceramic bathroom tile looks SO much better. I cant wait to see the oriental rugs when they are delivered back to me.****************PSH Floor Care

We were very pleased with the service provided to us by *** Floor Care. We inquired about stains in rugs, cleaning area rugs, the advisability, other services, years in business and the like. They gave us a date in which they would pick up the rugs, e-mailed us, called before arrival, and were on time. They were efficient, explained what to look for in replacing the padding, did not suggest we buy something that we did not need. They were detailed in their pricing, offered us alternatives, and most considerate. One sensed they knew what they were talking about. There was no time within my contacts that I felt I was bothering them or rushed. They made us feel as though we were their only customer. Highly recommend PSH company to anyone looking for rug cleaning ! We had a stain on a very expensive rug that I thought could not be treated - well ***** got the stain out! Very impressed!! Just found out they also clean tile, grout, wood. I will be using them again in the future ! Everyone I came in contact with was professional, kind, and knowledgeable!! Very happy!!!PSH Floor Care
