    I ordered a retro gramophone for $59.99 plus $15 shipping on December 23rd. I did not receive an email that the item was shipped so I checked the website on January 6 to see what the status of the order was.There was a *** Ex tracking that stated that the package was delivered to my house in January 2. There was no package. *** Ex gave me no information and in fact stated that the did not even have my address on file. I reached out to **************** who sent me an email back on January 7 requesting proof of purchase. I sent a screenshot of the proof of purchase that same day and then heard nothing back, despite multiple emails back to them. It is now January ******************************************************** returned. I am now out $74.99 for a product that I did not receive.

    Terrible company!!!
    I will never order from this company again! Lacks integrity and accountability. The first rep was happy to help with my damaged items (from manufacturing) and then went silent. Four days later, Miracle said I would have to ship back at my expense and said the manufacturing defects and damage was normal (then why do you charge $100+ for the trees and $500 for the carousel?) I responded back but havent heard back. I wrote a review on the website and whoever monitors it said oh we will help you - well, yall still haven't responded and never reached out about my review. Terribly company and quality! Hot glue marks and my carousel tiger has spots lolol and you can see where the person was suppose to follow the stripes but wanted to speed it up and painted spots instead (while forgetting to cover up the line prep to paint stripes). Also, the csrousel has different colors lights than looted on the website. Cheap Cheap cheap!!!

    I purchased an item that has not worked since I bought it. I have emailed multiple times and they will not answer. Today I called and left a message,( they didnt answer), what reputable company does that?

    If you buy one if their products you are own if it breaks. They contract out repairs to a company that does nothing. I let them know their support didnt help me and the response from Mr. ********************** was basically sucjs to be you, good luck with the repair.I have several of their products but will never buy another.
