    Ive been taking my child here for almost 4 years. This is back in December. I live a little over an hour and a half from this business, I got caught in a little traffic on my way to my childs appointment and called ***** mins before i had to be there to let them know Id be just a little late. They have a 10 minute grace ******* but i was going to be 13 minutes late. I asked for the extra time because previously we had to sit in the waiting room for almost 2 hours past my childs appointment time, so I didnt think it would be a huge issue. Well their appointment person told her boss that i called and I was irate and I yelled, but I did not so they dismissed my child as a patient with no notice. I received a text about my child needing a cleaning appointment, I called and they gave me blocked. This is now 2 weeks of me calling and texting and nothing. Today i took it upon myself to drive almost 2 hours to get an explanation and their employee ****** lied. I never yelled, i never disrespected anyone. If their phone calls are recorded, Id like to hear them.
