  My experience started out good. I googled this company, sent a message and the owner called and scheduled an appointment. In the beginning I thought my project would be too small for this seemingly high-end company; however, after trying to get only three (3) residential windows cleaned - it resulted in a horrible experience. The owner was told that I had tint on my windows, but he chipped one of them. He noted it but didn't remember which was an honest mistake. I noticed the chip when he was on the second window, and he mentioned that he was going to "tell" me "after" he finished everything - okay? He stated that he would pay for the window to get fixed however the original tint company was over-rated in the repair cost. He gave my information to his tint contact which didn't follow through after first contact. The owner and I were discussing the timing and issue because I needed the project done before my installation project was performed. The owner was very rude/frustrated thereafter, and I was highly offended. He mentioned that he would speak to the previous tint installers and follow-up with me ... no call or update in over a week. Just be careful and mindful of how you treat your customers - I don't wish anything bad of the company - just wanted to share my experience.

  Honestly, I went above and beyond for this client, just like I always do. I did things differently this time to accommodate her needs. Long story short, after all our conversations, I called the company that originally put her window tint on and spoke with the owner. They had called the client to fix the tint, but she canceled everything. So, both companies decided to wait for her response. Unfortunately, my company was the first to hear back, and we received a 1-star review. It's the first bad review we've ever gotten in our 8 years of business. It's frustrating that two window tinting companies got hit with an impossible-to-please client, and the review ended up affecting the commercial window cleaning company that actually did the Client a favor.

  This company is awesome. We love the cleaning! They have been cleaning our properties for just about a year now. We are satisfied and we highly recommend.!
