  *********************, aka "The Concrete Man", did a very poor job on my driveway extension project. He started the project on a Friday morning and finished the same day around 8 pm, which is not the problem in and of itself. Because it was dark when he finished, I was unable to examine his work closely before writing him a $5,700 check for services rendered. The following morning, I was able to examine ****'s work closely and found that he did not wash the concrete well on over 75% of his work. The result of his lack of attention to detail is an unattractive grey layer of concrete on top of the washed concrete. I called **** immediately and he agreed to come back to my house to fix it the following Tuesday at 11 am. ********************* never showed up. He didnt call or text to inform me that he was not coming. I called and texted **** repeatedly without a reply from him for two days. On the third day of not hearing back from ****, I stopped payment on the check AND I sent him a text to let him know that I had done so. One week later and after **** realized that his check was not payable, he called me to inquire about his payment. I explained to him that I stopped payment on the check because his work was unfinished, and he lied about his intentions to fix it. We agreed for him to come to my house to look at it that day. When he showed up, he attempted to convince me that the poor workmanship is normal and the concrete will miraculously change and look different after 3 weeks. I demanded that he fix the concrete before I pay him. There was even a part of his work that was uneven with my existing concrete. He acknowledged that mistake and informed me that he was not going to repair it because of the associated expense. I reiterated that I would pay in cash after EVERYTHING is repaired correctly. After putting up an argument, he left my house and, at the time of this review, I have not heard from him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. BUYER BEWARE!!

  I had this company pour a concrete slab to extend my patio. During the job they broke one of the fence poles. I was informed that they would fix it the coming friday. It has now been three Fridays and no show. Poor customer service. Use another company that value your home and will follow up on their word to you as a contractor. I had other work that I wanted to get done but will now look for someone else to complete it.

  Do not use this company. Poor workmanship. Driveway cracked after 6 months. You can see it was only 1" deep in some places. Promises to come out and fix but never does. Unreliable. Stay away.
