    Mr. ********************** was to remodel my two bathrooms he started in April. The labor only was 8000 not including the materials, but my bathrooms turned out to be a disaster. Hes tried to resolve the problem several times, but there are still problems.

    I am rejecting this response because: THE IMAGES YOU'RE SHOWING ARE MISLEADING I HAVE UPLOADED NEW PICTURES. THE PEOPLE THAT YOU HAD WORKING ON MY HOUSE WERE YOUY RELATIVES *** I GUY FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD THAT ADVISED HE HIS SELF THAT HE HAD NEVER DID TILE WORK IN IS LIFE  AND THAT YOUR COUSIN WAS TEACHING HIM AND QUALITY WORK WAS NOT DONE. YOU BROUGHT A MAN  TO MY HOUSE THAT WAS  CLEARLY ON DRUGS HE EVEN KILLED MY DOG AND LIED ABOUT IT. THEN I CONTINUED TO COMPLAIN SO YOU SENT ****** AND YOU **** FROM THE PICTURES HE HAD TEAR OUT A LOT AND REPLACE THEM IF THIS JOD WAS DONE A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL WHY WOULD HE HAVE TO REPLACE SO MUCH TILE THE DRAIN IN THE SHOWER IS HORRIFIC *** THERE STILL IS A LOT OF FALWS, PAINT AND GROUTE ALL ON THE HARDWOOD FLOORS K**** FALLING OFF THE SHOWER PAINT NOT MATCH YOU PYT ON THE BAR THERE ARE STILL A LOT OF FLAWS I **** I COMPLAINED TO MUCH AND YOU TOLD ME TO LOSE YOUR NUMBER YOU ALSO STATED THAT WE WERE NOT GOING TO TO ME LIKE THE  PREVIOUS WORKER YOU WERE TO TO SENT SOMEONE TO MAKE IT RIGHT AS IF YOU WERE GOING ME A FAVOR BOTH OF THOSE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ALL I ASKED YOU TO DO IS TO GIVE ME WHAT I PAYED FOR .

    Please be advise, that the pics Ms. ***** has provided are not a finished product that my company has performed. I have provided BBB with finished pictures my company has performed on her remodel, along with that the complaint has been closed. She wants to continue to make accusations for a total refund for the remodel in which anyone can see the false statements that are made. As she stated, my company have sent another skilled worker to correct any mishap she had found to address her complaints to her own satisfaction. Before, my skilled worker left her premise she was asked, has your complaints been satisfied, her answer was YES! Furthermore, the Personnel that you hired as your painter that was only a referral from me has a nerve disorder that you should not be stating he's on drugs. Clearly, I saw your request for a total refund in which is not fair based on the quality workmanship that has been provided. But, me and my company are willing to provide you with more funding assistance up to $1,000 as we have done with your dog's vet bill and burial, in which my company was not responsible for.
