    In March 2025, I hire RHM Construction to restore my front porch for $600 which included the materials and labor. The owner who I met on several repairs here at the home explained what his crew will do. The owner speak Spanish but uses his daughter to translate English for him. Therefore I was informed through translation of his daughter things that he was going to do to the porch. I was told that he was going to scrape away all of the debris that was on the porch then he was going to sand the porch to make it even and smooth. Next he was going to paint the porch and the porch stairs that he recent build the color of the house which didnt happen. Once adding paint to the porch the porch began Peeling and breaking up which I informed him on day two of finishing the porch. The porch was never sanded and there were paint chipping all over the front yard after finishing the porch top layer. This crew appears to be different from his pass crew because that crew was more professional and had better work efficiently than these guys. I call the daughter (Duice) the interpretation to voice my concern on the poor quality that I receive on my front porch. She then ensured me not to worry and that she will tell her dad and they will come back and resolve this issue however it never did get resolved. The dad did come out and evaluate the porch however I was never contact again on that issue. I called and I text and never got a response. The porch looks worst than prior condition, the paint has peeled from the stairs as well as the porch. The surface of the porch has cracked throughout the porch. I have trusted *** in the past for their Expertise and quality of work. I have spend thousands of dollars with this company. But now Apparently my calls and texts are being blocked therefore theyre not receiving my response.
