      FMFS reported my account delinquent to the credit bureau bc I owed them $15 they say bc they didnt talk to me and did not know whether to deposit the check they already had over a month. So how do I owe a late fee if you had the money a month ahead? Its common sense to deposit the check!!! Then added $15 more for ******** and reported my account is delivering even though its not 60 days in delinquency like they say. My credit score dropped 130 points due to them reporting those false allegations of delinquency. Im very upset and I will keep fighting the fact that this is not true. Once everything is paid I will never trust these people again in *******, **. I feel they should have to take this delinquency off my report; especially being in a customer with them. They knew I just had surgery! I told them all of this, but do you think they care!!!

      I have tried to answer this complaint online but do not see it. We spoke to this customer and she filed a complaint without first consulting our offices. We have responded directly to our customer and resolved any issues she had with us receiving a payment on time due to the ***** She last spoke to our Regional Supervisor and said she would remove the complaint, not sure if that's possible.

      Anyways,  we prefer to keep our comments confidential.

      Misleading False Reporting This account is negligently and inaccurately reporting failing to comply to 15 USC ****. Delete this unverified and misleading account.

      We investigate credit bureau disputes when they are legitimate. We do not delete accurate information reported to credit bureaus because *********** require us to maintain integrity in our data reporting. We do not just arbitrarily remove negative credit data because a consumer requests it without a legitimate dispute, and an error on behalf of our reporting.  In this case, this particular consumer has disputed information multiple times through E-***** and each time we have investigated and found our data to be reported accurately. 

      We would be happy to try and work out a settlement with this consumer on the outstanding balance owed.
