    We used Smart Cremation for our Mother. They were helpful and nice in the beginning. There were many delays and one excuse after another. ************************* was rude and unkind and unprofessional to be in this business. She was demeaning about her employee and the health **** and prepared the death certificates. I am still shocked at the analogy she used in conversation with the delays in the cremation. She made promises she didnt deliver on. I will NOT recommend this company. She talks too much and doesnt listen to the customer. No compassion during a difficult time and loss.. I am very disappointed in the company. Do yourself a favor and find another company that offers this service.

    Not a very professional place. Made a mistake on Death Certificate. Didn't proof read it and now we have to wait over 6 + weeks to get a corrected one. Too much talking and that takes away from being on top of things to get it done. Families shouldn't have to go through all these during the loss o fa loved one. I bet that, When they answer this review, they will make excuses and justify their actions instead of owning up to their mistake. They always gave us a reason to why this or that happened.

    My mother died last year in September and I needed help getting a copy of her death certificate and *************** was very nice and she made sure that I got a death certificate copy.I highly recommend this company and *************** and her staff.She was smart and friendly and patient listening to me talk fast and express my worries.Thank you very much ***************!
