      My dryer broke and I put in a claim with my home warranty company. My home warranty company decided to replace the dryer. The dryer was ordered from GE. GE had the dryer delivered to a company- Pillar Logistic. They have had my dryer for almost a month now. I was provided a phone number but nobody will answer or return calls. My home warranty company has contacted GE 4 times now with the same promise to contact the company and get the delivery scheduled. We did get a delivery scheduled on 2/6/23 but got a call and were told their truck broke down. Nobody had called to reschedule. I did contact GE today and they were able to schedule the delivery on their end for 2/17/23. After reading ****** reviews, I doubt anyone will show up to this appointment. ***************** Was the number I was provided. I need help 1) contacting the company. 2) locating the dryer so I can just pick it up. 3) preventing this from happening to anyone else. According to reviews, its not unusual for deliveries to take anywhere from 3-6 months. Please help as I am desperate to just get my products.
