    For the last several months, I have not been able to track my packages on ***. All it states is that it is in ******* and they will provide tracking information when they get it. I have called the customer service line and used the automated chatbot, and all they say is they can't provide information. My packages arrived weeks late, and I don't have any information about them. This is the late package I was supposed to get on 01/22/2025, and they still can't provide any information. I finally got a hold of a customer service person and they stated it was going to be next week that I would maybe get it. *** needs to do a better job and updating consumers about their purchases.

    Good morning All, 

    Unfortunately, this is a *** matter. This is a incoming shipment into *******, *** that the customer is receiving from somewhere else. We didn't ship the package from our store. *** is experiencing an high value of packages and they are short staffed as well. I did track the package and it showed that there was a sortation delay and it has been currently rerouted to the correct destination. I will reach out to the customer as well with the same information. We do apologize for the delay and inconvenience.

    I ordered a speaker from my phone company and wanted to return the item. I was emailed the return label on 02/27/2024, which I have included the attachment, and returned it to the location at ********************************************************** on 02/27/2024. It was scanned it shows in my app that it was scanned on 02/27 and shipped 02/28. But ******* has not received this item and is charging me. I need to know if I need to do a police report or can you help me. They can run the cameras back for 02/27/2024 after 3:30 pm. I am the female that had a motorcycle helmet in my hand. The gentleman was a black male about 5'6 or 5'7 I remember the guy that took it because he was flirting.

    Good morning,

    I spoke with ********************** on Friday, May 3rd around 10:15-10:30. She stated that she came in on the 27th of February to drop off a package, but she needed to print the label. She said she came back the next day around 3:30-4 with the label and dropped the package off. She then proceeded to tell me that a dark skinned gentleman helped her. I asked if she had a receipt with the tracking number so that I could look up her information, she did not have a receipt nor did she know the tracking number. She said it was showing that it was on the way but they have not received it. I asked her how did she know that information if she did not have a tracking number. She was looking at the information through her ******* account. I asked if she could email me what she could see so that I could get a better understanding of what was going on. I have attached what she sent me. I did review the cameras on the day customer provided and time frame she gave but I didn't see anyone come in that matched her description. I emailed her asking for more information and she gave me the same dates and time and stated she was going to file a police report. I told her that the package shows that it was on the way, and that It could have possibly got lost in transit. I did state that usually ******* is a **** prepaid label but she was not sure of what company it was for. I have been willing to help ********************** but she hasn't provided a tracking number and I won't be able look up any additional information without it.

    I am rejecting this response because: I dropped this item myself! I went in the *** store and dropped it off. The gentleman that took it has stolen it! This is why I want to do a police report I am not paying for this speaker, and I have returned it with proof of them scanning it! I will have FOX13 investigate this issue also.!

    ********************** if you would like the store to further help you we can. All you have to do is provide us with the label ******* emailed you so that I can get the tracking number. My staff is great at what they do, I'm not going to assume that one of them stole it. I am trying to investigate the situation further but you are not providing me with what I need. If you would like for me to further assist you please reach out to the store. If the package was lost in transit we can get you to the people that can assist you. I do hope that we can help get this taken care of.
