      My 8 children plus my great niece went for cleaning services on 10/8/2024 all my children but my oldest was brought back home. My son was the one to tell me that my oldest daughter was left to stay for additional services, when I inquired how much longer they would be and he was on his way back then. No one ever called me to ask permission for whatever this service was, I was not aware of any completion time or anything and she was also not brought back home! The night time driver Porsha, asked her if she had some family close to the office who's house she can go over because she was ready to go home and didn't feel like driving 1 child to the area she lived in and my daughter told her yes and she dropped her off at 7pm at night to an empty house, no one was home and left, she never checked to see if she made it in. She sat outside for an hour until she went to a neighbors house to call her cousin who lives there and ask where they were and her cousin told her to climb through an unlocked window to get in because it was cold outside and sit inside until his uncle make it back. When the uncle came that's when she called me and my brother who was on the phone with me got her an lyft home. The next day I was going to get food and I saw the bus driver who picked my children up and proceeded to tell her what happened, I was connected with the manager Delvin who all apologized about what happened and said it would investigate it. I called back and he was busy but he called back later to tell me his investigations findings and said something about the driver not having the right address when my daughter stated she gave her the right address in front of the office staff that was there. He said there was a new assistant for the dentist and that's why I didn't receive a call (which is no excuse) and that the owner is very sorry about what happened and they wanted to offer me a gift card and someone named Crystal would call me the next day, which did not happen.

      One of the worst dental offices in *******, **. As a kid, I went here for cleaning every six months, and it was nothing like it is now. That place is filthy, unprofessional, and full of attitudes. I called this morning to schedule a follow-up appointment for my kids for dental work, and the First **** who answered the phone was a lovely young lady; however, she didn't introduce herself. She stated, " Firestone dental. No good morning, no name or anything. Moving forward, she transferred me to get my appointment schedule with another lady. The lady said hello. I say good morning, ma'am, I'm trying to schedule an appointment for my two children to have additional dental work done. What's the kid's name, she stated. I said the kid's name, and she kept asking me to repeat myself; I told her the name one more time, and she says I can't understand what you are saying. I say oh my god, ma'am, your background is highly nosey. That's why you can't hear me. Then I get the dial tone. I called back, and the young lady transferred me to who I think is the same lady because I asked for a manager to complain about the lady who hung up in my face, and the phone went straight to voicemail.
