*** Dance with Higher Visability was the initial rep I spoke with who lied and gave me misinformation in order to get me to sign contract. Originally it was a year and I said I would sign for a year then it was 6months I said I wouldnt sign for that either but came back for 90days but could go month to month and if I wasnt happy as long as I provided written notice which I did I could cancel. He said I had I had over ******* bad spamming backlinks associated to my website thats the reason I signed but when I went to another company who reaudited my website they said that was very inaccurate and unprofessional that he lied about that. I was very nice and told them I could no longer do business with them along with a list of things that can be associated to this matter. I simply want my money back and thats all they lied about that, they did no work and my numbers threw ****** analytics prove they did zero in those months. Im asking they do the rite thing and return it credit my funds back to card. Had they not lied about those spamming backlins I wouldve never signed for the 90days but was understood month to month as long as I provided written notice

To whom it May ************************ have received the notice that a client, ******* Top Force Services, filed a complaint regarding the service for which they signed up.

We have reviewed the recordings from the calls the client had with ***, and the claims he made are false. *** clearly stated the 12 month term that includes a 90 day trial on the call and walked through the onboarding process. Furthermore, he mentioned the clients Brand Success Manager, or the clients primary point of contact, would be reaching out to schedule the call and discuss account access we need. He went into detail about the setup fee, what was covered by the setup fee and answered all of the clients questions. We do not offer month to month contracts to any clients. Once the contract was signed, the project manager (Brand Success Manager) on the account reached out to him. The project manager (Brand Success Manager) was in contact with the client within 24 hours of any communication, which is the standard procedure for our company. All deliverables, and agreed upon terms were met during our service time with the client.

The client does in fact have approximately ******* spam backlinks. You may find an export containing that information attached. You will see that the first URL (a single page) on this list alone links to the clients website ******* times (Row 2, Column AE). This is highly unnatural and likely to cause harm to the clients website. It was correct to point this out to the client, however those links predate our services for the client.

Additionally, the Brand Success Manager was highly communicative and made great efforts to assist the client to the best of their ability. Further, other members of the management team met with the client several times as well to discuss any questions or concerns. Our deliverables were on time and within the outlined contracted service agreement. Attached are records of project work and the agreement that was signed on February 28, 2023.

Theyre still not being truthful. Im standing strong on my initial complaint. Part of the other complaint that I stated was initially theres no way Id sign a 1yr. Contract I was very clear that only benefits then not me so then I Said no and then they came back at 6 months and again I said No,  He said 90 days with the option of canceling if I didnt like what was going on but to put it in writing which I did within the 1st 2weeks after seeing unprofessionalism they were. The $800 fee was thrown it at the very end and was never mentioned one single time that is a FACT. I never approved or signed off on any work saying that o approved it per my conversation on  *** Dance cell phone. I put in writing via email twice on cancellation . I showed and provided you the screenshots of the ****** analytics validating because they completely transparent to the BBB. They think theyre slick. If you look at there complaints there all just about the same issues so obviously Im being truthful . Now Im providing go daddys  statement  in there audit

While we are sorry that the customer is dissatisfied, the matter is a contractual dispute as our former client breached the contract. While the client wishes that the contract was month-to-month after 90 day trial, we never agreed upon that, and the client had ever opportunity to read the terms of the agreement that he signed. The contract clearly states "Once the Trial Period expires, the remaining nine (9) months of the Term becomes binding." We simply don't offer month to month agreements of that nature to clients. We are selective of who we bring on as clients, as we want to make sure they understand SEO is a longer term strategy and that they are dedicated to the process.

The $700 setup fee in the contract was also very clearly stated in the contract, and was also present on the pricing slide of the sales presentation.

As for the screenshots of ****** Analytics May performance or the Godaddy audit, the Client signed on February 28th. SEO is never a service we would recommend to a client that states that they want fast results. The contract also clearly states that we can't guarantee placements or results. SEO is a long-term strategy.

See theyre giving more BS excuses and frankly Im tired of hearing them. I didnt say anything about month to month i said agreement was for 90 days because I said NO to the 6month and 12month agreement and Dans rebuttal was this simply a formality and asked if I could give you 90 days but would allow me to go the month to month and allow me to cancel if indeed I wasnt happy. You probably should retrain your staff bc the verbiage hes telling me or told me otherwise hence me saying NO to 12 and 6 month agreement. The ****** analytics is is accurate as you can get and why would I spend that type of money and have had better results w/o you and the data proves and ALL my numbers were at an ALL time LOW. You wouldnt pay for that garbage either you know it and I know it. Now as far as me not contacting the supervisor I did do and he said it was unlikely not to get my funds back and per your statement had I contacted him you all may have. The over 350k spamming links was the selling point that you all lied about it was only around 17k.  Now this is last time Im asking are you crediting me back the money you stole?

I am rejecting this response because:
Its the same old song and dance . I know for a FACT the conversation *** and I had so you should send those conversations over along with the ones that came from his cell phone. My data I provided from ****** analytics is based on your so called work for 90days. I know how SEO goes so dont undermine what ** saying. I want my credit back to my card.
    Sincerely,

Im still waiting for the audio recording from his personal cell phone that they say they had. Youve done nothing in resolving this matter. Youve only provided evidence of how crooked they are. All they provided you was a simple 90day agreement . That In **** im fully aware of but I also know what was told to me and thats the ****  and as he told me thats basically just standard process but would make notes in what we spoke about. The **** he lied and manipulated and said there were over 350k spamming backlinks when. So all the misinformation that was given to me in order to get me to sign for 90days. Now Im not happy about this and will need to speak to your supervisor or the director of the BBB. This is unacceptable

Complete scam. I was sold a dream and only; provided two pieces of content within a month. The company is taking advantage of people and not doing what they sell. They are misrepresenting themselves and locking people into a 20-page contract.

To whom it May ***************** style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;">We have received the notice that a client, ************* filed a complaint regarding the service for which they signed up. It was stated that we are not doing what we sell and that we are misrepresenting ourselves. Upon entering the agreement, the client had extensive conversations with our sales consultant over the course of several months prior to signing the contract. The deliverables, processes and timelines were very clearly explained to him prior to him signing the contract. On April 30, 2023 it was mutually agreed to enter a 12 month agreement, with a 90 day trial term. A kick off call was confirmed the next day by the client and booked and completed.
Once the contract was signed, the project manager (Brand Success Manager) on the account reached out to him. The project manager (Brand Success Manager) was in contact with the client within 24 hours of any communication, which is the standard procedure for our company. All deliverables, in addition to the two pages of content that he mentioned, met the timeline that had been previously explained and agreed upon.

As of May 18th, we had requested again after a couple of attempts to get access to ****** analytics and the ****** Business account. The client requested an update on the website audit, which was provided the next day on May 19th. We were able to eventually gain access to the ****** listing ourselves by claiming ownership directly on the listing.
Regarding the two pieces of content, the agreement he signed includes five pages of content per year. Content deliverables are provided on a quarterly basis, therefore he should reasonably expect two pages of content in one quarter of each year and one page of content in each of the other three quarters of the year. Again, this was clearly communicated and agreed upon, upon the agreement and signing.
Furthermore, several communications from the project manager went unanswered by the client. The client also became frustrated that he could not contact the project manager on a day on which that person was off work and was followed by a federal holiday when our office was closed. The client received the contact information for another staff member who was serving as a backup for the project manager on her day off, but we did not receive any correspondence from the client for assistance. A follow up meeting was declined on June 4, 2023.

Perhaps the understanding of deliverables and our project work *** have been different from what the client had hoped for, but that's why we have our trial period but that trial is binding and attempted in good faith to service the client's deliverables as agreed to on the contract. Subsequently, the client submitted cancellation and refused payment, which would be in breach of the 90 day trial of the agreement. We have continued to reach out to the client in an effort to assist, however, the client has not been responsive to our continued efforts to obtain project approvals. Our deliverables were on time and within the outlined contracted service agreement.

Attached are records of project work and the agreement that was signed on April 30, 2023.

    Best Regards,

This company is forcing me into a 2nd year's contract without my knowledge! Apparently, they require a 30-day written notice before the contract automatically renews! This is horrible! What kind of company forces people into a second-year contract without their consent?
