    ***** knows his stuff and works efficiently. I had an issue where a circuit tripped unexpectedly, and I needed it fixed ASAP. ***** came out quickly, diagnosed the problem in no time, and had it resolved faster than I could have imagined.But what really impressed me was his thoroughness. While fixing the immediate issue, he also discovered a longstanding electrical problem that I had absolutely no idea was happening. Instead of just fixing the surface-level issue and moving on, he took the time to explain what was going on, why it was important to address, and how it could have caused bigger headaches down the line. His attention to detail and expertise saved me from what could have been a serious safety hazard or costly repair down the road.***** was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He walked me through everything in a way that made sense, without talking over my head or trying to upsell unnecessary work. Its clear that he takes pride in his work and values doing things the right way.
