    I contacted **** ********************** to ask for representation in a lawsuit against ***************** (*****). I was a 26-year employee who was terminated by ***** after I disclosed my breast cancer disability and requested accommodation. Mr. ********************** told me: Lets Go Get Some Justice! However, The ********************** Law Firm did not act in my best interest. ****** ******* was my attorney of record. As a legal client I have rights, and ****** as my attorney owed me loyalty and a duty of care. She failed to take seriously her obligation to represent me competently in the serious violation of my civil rights. Breast cancer is a disability that is covered under the **** ****** refusal to engage in the mandatory interactive process and denying me reasonable accommodation is direct evidence of disability discrimination. In response to FedExs Position Statement, ****** erroneously analyzed and presented my *** claim to the **** under the reduction-in-force standard, knowing that failure to accommodate falls under the *** ****, and is direct evidence of discrimination. She used the ********* ******* burden shifting standard, which applies in indirect evidence cases. It was not that ****** applied the *** **** wrongly in my disability discrimination claim, but that she did not apply the *** **** at all. Nowhere in the rebuttal does ****** address the material fact that the the *** prohibits employers from discriminating against a qualified individual on the basis of disability. The *** defines "discrimination" to include "not making reasonable accommodations to the known physical or mental limitations of a qualified individual with a disability absent an undue hardship on the operation of the business. Amandas failure to apply the proper *** **** to my claim, I was deprived of my civil rights and liberties, and protections under the *** ****.
