    Best body fitness is the best. Coach **** worked with my schedule. He met me at my physical activity level, and progressed me from there. He didn't make me feel like the typical fat girl, but I was inspired to lose weight. His techniques and meal plans work because he helped me set a goal and I actually lost weight. He's a great trainer and I absolutely recommend any hiring him

    I love my journey with Coach he stayed consistent with our meeting times, gave me feedback on what I need to do to get to the next level, and he also offer his products to help. The environment was one on one . No judgement zone. I would recommend BestBody fitness to anyone. He targets your body and you will see results.
