  Better Business Bureau and Allegiance Management, My name is *************************** and I had the opportunity to deal with Allegiance Restoration first hand from June 2023 to October 2023. The house that required the attention was in ******** *********. The Allegiance representative I dealt with primarily was ******************************. The house, ************************************************, was damaged by two huge trees that fell on the roof and broke through the roof decking in a number of places. Thank goodness my uncle had been moved to an Assisted Living Facility and no one was residing in the residence at the time of the damage. I live in ****************************, 30 miles from ********, and was in quite a predicament not knowing who to call for such a large project. Then ************** came by the the ******** residence and gave me a small placard describing Allegiances services. It was quite the relief just to have a company willing to take the project on. First ***************************** met me at the residence to sign documents to get the project started. His statement to me was we will help you with repairs and manage the coordination with the insurance company. Then ****************** arrived with his work crew and great things began to happen , not only for the repair of the house but also renovations for placing it on the For Sale market. Mr ** was the epitome of Professionalism. He was very easy to work with, always available by phone and in person, and extremely Knowledgeable about building and insurance issues. I couldnt have asked for a better experience in completing the task associated with the house renovation and damage. Allegiance will be the first company I call if work is needed on my own house and I will request ****************** as the primary contact . Great job Allegiance and *** I will gladly recommend you and your employer!!!!

  Awesome experience with these guys. There were so professional and did all the leg work when it came to dealing with my insurance company. New roof, A/C, refinishing my ************************. Now a year later after having issues with my A/C that was installed, they are making it right by replacing it. This team is awesome.

  My name is MJ and Allegiance Restoration did a magnificent job from start to finish with my home! From the time I call them on a Monday, they showed up the next day to assess the situation for my home and implement a plan. They contacted my insurance company to file a claim because we have had several storms but one major storm caused damage inside my home with water damage from an outside hole on my chimney and several shingles missing from my roof. Went back and forth with my insurance company to get things approved and coming back to get measurements and more pictures with an inspector- things finally got completed last week. There will be some more modifications made this weekend to make sure my home is safe and protected. ****** had just arrived to work with the company but was very instrumental with everything that occurred. I'm so grateful to him and his persistence to make sure my home is in top condition. I will recommend AR in the future to all my family and friends!

  Allegiance Restoration, LLC did an outstanding job on my bathroom. They were all professional, informative, responsive and friendly. I highly recommend for any home repair or restoration needs!!
