    I got a membership last year and was paying by direct deposit. I only had one card on file, however little did I know they had several cards linked to my account and I didn't find out until I got a text msg saying there was a problem with my payment that's due on the 17th of each month. Some how 5 cards were linked to my account that had either expired or no longer in use. I spoke with a mgr to find out why other cards were linked to me on my account without me knowing or my permission. The mgr told me I'm suppose to have a secondary card on file in case the money owed is not in my account. However I only have one card open and have no idea how they were able to get old debit cards linked to my account. I explained I was not comfortable with them trying to use debit cards I no longer have nor gave them permission to do so. I had to cancel my membership because this might be some form of fraud. I was never told I needed needed 2 forms of payment. Had I been told I would have never opened a account because I only have one card.
