  This place is fu$ked up, I took my rover there 2 be serviced & got charged ***** dollars for a super turbo charger system, within 2 months later, the part got defected, i took it back 2 be fixed after I took it to jaguar for them diagnosed it, to make sure I wasn't crazy, I made the appointment for May 23rd & it took these ppl till June 11th, to REfFIX, A PART THEY CLAIMED TO BE BRAND NEW, & 2 FIX ANOTHER PART THAT I DNT REQUEST NOR DID THEY COMTACT ME ABOUT ANYTHING PRIOR TO MAINTENANCE MY TRUCK,ALSO THE ***** GOT A BAD MF HABITOF DISRESPECTING *************** CUSTOMER'S, THIS IS A BAD BUSINESS ********* WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY DOGS CATTLE..IM IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING SOME MORE BUSINESS OFFICIALLY INVOLVED, BECAUSE I WAS TOTALLY DISRESPECTED & HE NOT A PPL PERSON , HOW U GONA TELL A CUSTOMER'S HE SUFFER FROM PTSD, SOME S*** FROM MILLTARY..BOY WHAT THAT GOT TO DO WITH U FIXING MY CAR AGAIN GO TAKE UR MF MEDS OR GET SOME AZZ, NO RESPECT AT ALL

  ****** thank you for your review! Yes you brought your vehicle here for service and we discovered that your super turbo charger system had failed. We replaced it and you returned months later saying something was still wrong. We replaced your super turbo charger No CHARGE to you. However, we discovered the 2nd time around that it was another component causing the super turbo charger malfunction. It was fixed. Beware of this customer!!! She's very disrespectful!! Thanks for your business but NO THANKS!!

  Euro Imports Of Memphis ************ provided a service for my GL550. The repair that the company were supposed to provide was brakes, key fob batteries and A/C repair. After I got the car back, I had to return it because the car would not go into reverse due to the brakes was not installed properly the first time. The owner instructs me to bring in the *** and he addressed the issues and the car word properly. The next week the key fob batteries went dead (I went to the dealership and paid to get it redone). When springs finally rolls around the A/C does not blow out cool air like it should. The owner instructs me bring my car in at 9 am a week later to look at it. The owner then said it want to be until a few days, so leave the car and they will get back with me. The owner was informed that the car was supposed to be fixed a few months ago! The com. The owner was not cooperative with ensuring the service was rendered via verbal confrontation.The owner began to yell at the me, while his employee watched.

  Thank you for your 1-star review. Our process is when you bring your vehicle in you will hear back from us within ***** hours with our findings. Yes, you were here last year for your AC not working properly, however, we have to diagnose your vehicle again to determine what is failing. **'re sorry you chose the wrong date and time for your appointment. To say I made a scene and yelling is not accurate, sir. ** treat every customer with the utmost respect.

  At one point in my life I had 4.2 L jaguar S type it was a very important gift to me I was having troubles with the vehicle so I took it to this mechanic looking at all of the luxury cars they have posted on ****** convinced me that they were trustworthy but I couldnt have been more wrong. I was lied to STRAIGHT to my face, taken advantage of, treated as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I informed this place that I just wanted my car to be in working condition again and what they did was turn my bill into ****+ dollars using me like a tool its been over a year and taking my car to this business is one of the biggest regrets I have I would still have that car if I hadnt taken it to this mechanic. I have PRAYED many of time and will continue to pray that SOMEONE destroys this business and makes everyone here that has lied to people and crushing their love for their vehicles. SUFFER you all deserve karma debt and pain in your lives I pray that you receive this especially the man that sat in my car as we TEST drove it and LIED straight to my face that there was nothing wrong AS IF that a flipping CHECK ENGINE LIGHT on means nothing telling me its perfectly fine seems fine to you is what you said as my rpms shoot to **** and the car jerks worse than Ive ever experienced. The fact that they still stand blows my mind AND anyone who is in charge and lets a business like this EXIST you should be Fing ashamed of your self!!! Destroy this business THEY DONT DESERVE TO EXIST!!!

  ********************************* pressured me to go on dates with him after telling him several times I have a boyfriend; He would get extremely jealous if I talked to any of the technicians. I'm HR, talking to employees is a part of my job. He got so upset at me for speaking to employees he docked my hours. I refuse to be treated like a commodity, so I quit, ********** is a disgusting creep and it's not a safe environment to work in at all. STAY CLEAR OF THIS MAN AND HIS BUSINESS. ITS FAILING FOR A REASON.
