  FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION OF THE ELDERLY and DISABLED One Sunday September 24, 2023, two employees from A TO Z CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LLC. showed up at my home. A man and a woman. The man informed me that they had come to my home to do the concrete repairs on the rear of my home. Sales Receipt SR2922 Dated 9/11/2023 indicates that I have a contract agreement to pay $2, ****** of which I have paid $1,910.00. My receipt indicates that I have a Balance Due Upon Completion of $190.00 The two employees spent approximately an HOUR and TWENTY MINUTES on my property. They arrived at my home with THREE TUBES OF CAULKING NOTED AS FOLLOWS: 1 TUBE OF SIKA PRO SELECT CONCRETE FIX, 1 TUBE OF WHITE ******************************* POWER HOUSE ACRYLIC SEALANT and 1 TUBE OF ******************************* 950 A SILICONIZED ACRYLIC LATEX CAULK The showed up to do the work on my TWO-STORY home without a ladder and they left a significant amount of caulking in each of the three tubes of caulking. They used my ladder to work on my home. Just prior to me excusing myself to check on my disabled daughter, I asked the male worker the status of the job. I asked how much longer will the job take. He replied "We are finished" as he was removing my ladder from off of my home. I was overcharged/scammed! Nuclear reactors are the heart of a nuclear power plant. They contain and control nuclear chain reactions that produce heat through a physical process called fission. An individual can rent a Nuclear Reactor for the day for less money. For A TO Z CONTRACTOR SERVICES, LLC to charge me $2,****** to apply three different types of caulking to my home in less than one hour and twenty minutes equates to the company scamming me an elderly disabled woman. The company's actions are criminal.Respectfully submitted,********************************
