    Im responding to this complaint for a number of reasons, first eye company has been in contact and very attentive to Mr. **** England issues and needs concerning their home. We have put forth ****** to answer any phone calls questions and text messages during this period of time. Our company feels that the plan is unfair and premature because we have taking measures to create in problems that they hate it or have. We have removed and reinstall all the siding that was in question. I was told by ****************** that he had no problems and was satisfied with the work the last crew came out and performed except one piece of siding that was cut short. iPhone ****************** that we will come back out and correct that issue but well have to put him back on the schedule. After the conversation I received a text message shortly days later and was told by ****************** not to return to his home until we can meet with United Housing to get a clear understanding of what we can do to fix the issues that I thought we had already corrected. I felt confident that everything had been corrected and was good between ****************** and our company prior to this complaint. So we scheduled a meeting with United Housing and all the parties came to get to the conclusion to sending a third party home inspector to inspect the work that was performed. We recently received the report back and now were in the process of scheduling to go back and correct the work and complete this project. Thats why I feel this complaint is unfair and premature because we havent had the chance to go back and complete this project.
