      Civil rights being violated. Treated like a criminal. Have back problems walk with a limp. Worker ask me to pick up something he dropped.

      I purchases a western union money order to pay my rent. The complex does not accept money orders, so I used my remaining cash to put on my debit card to pay it. I tried to cash my money order in for not used for intended purpose, but Superlo will not cash it in. Western union said I can get my money from where I bought it.

      We are  very sorry for any confusion or inconvenience that you've experienced. However, we do not cash money orders, and there is a sign at customer service explaining that all money order sales are final. If you are trying to convert your money order into cash you can deposit it into your bank account, you can cash it at Ace Check Advance, and sometimes ************* will refund the money if you call the phone number on the money order.

      On yesterday evening, me and my boyfriend went to super lo on ****************** St. to buy some food and when we got home to cook some burgers and after my 3 children have eaten their burgers we got to the end of the meat where it was mold and I been trying to call the store phone since this morning but no one is answering the phone and I would like to file a complaint and a claim

      On around the 1st of September, my disabled brother was passed a counterfeit bill at the Superlo on Winchester. I have tried to reach someone to make this right after he was nonchalantly dismissed by the Store Manager. There are multiple options to address this; including, mass media attention. Prior to going all out, I am trying to reach the owner so perhaps for the sake of his business he will correct this, fire the ghetto corrupt employee and coach the Store Manager. I have some ideas how this can be easily avoided in the future.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept their proposed resolution. I am very happy to report that the owner did the right thing and had compassion for my brother realizing the significant impact the loss of $100 had on a disabled person who only receives SSI. There should be more people like him in business and in this world. Most importantly business owners, CEOs, and members of management who are wise, understand that what they do to resolve issues is more important than the issue itself. The can't control the bad decision of employees or employees who go rogue; but, they can show they care about their customers by making mishaps right whenever possible. 

      Thank you. I will update all social media sites and give Superlo the accolade that the business deserves
