      In 2021 I asked Keith to build a stock my rifle. We agreed on price etc. I payed half of the cost of build which was over $2,000. Its 2025 and still no legitimate response from the business on when I can pick up the finished gun or just get my gun back and refunded.

      I went to Keith Warner in March 2023 to have my Ruger EC9 refinished. They told me it would be 325 dollars and they'll get back with me. I did not pay this day and assumed I would pay when I received my gun back. I received a card with a ticket number or work order number, *****. I still have this card. I have called and called their office and rarely get ahold of anybody and if I do they just say they will reach back out to me with an update. They have not even once reached back out to me. I have had to take off work multiple times to go to their office in person to get an update and every time they had nothing further to provide other than they would be back in touch with me regarding my firearm. The last time they said they would get back with me later that day with an update so I provided my information to them again and once again they have never reached out to me. At this point I just would like my firearm to be given back to me. It's been nearly a year and I fear they have lost my gun completely.

I have been undergoing chemo therapy for the last year and have been unable to do much else . Im contacting the customer this morning to notify them of the completion and schedule a pick up.

      Took a rifle to Keith back in March of 2021 to have some barrel work done. Keith agreed but did not have a price for parts and labor that day. Fast forward to September ***************************************************** when it will be complete. Keith has stopped answering my phone calls and texts. Keith sold me a suppersor aswell. I paid $986 + a $200 tax stamp back in March 2021. Still I'm am without the purchase and get phone calls forwarded and texts ignored. I have attached photos of texts between Keith and I showing Keith giving me the run around.

      On July 21, 2022, I went to Keith Warner shop and dropped off my ******** Bar ***** to have the trigger/ safety worked on, and was told it would take about 6 weeks to complete. No price or anything like that was discussed, and to be honest was not my concern. Fast forward to 3-14-23, I have called the shop many times, gone to the shop in person, and have been told the job was over looked and they would get to it immediately. Every time I went to the shop my information was taken down and was told I would get a call in a few days about the gun, but sadly the call never came. Last Friday, March 10, 2023, I was finally able to get the staff on the phone and told them I would like to pick up the gun on Tuesday the next business day they were open, they took all of my information down and said the gun would be available for pick up. To my surprise on Tuesday the shop was closed and I was unable to get anyone on the phone in order to retrieve my property. I began to research the shop and have found this is an ongoing problem with this business, and have read many stories similar to mine. This is an unfortunate situation, and just want my property back from this business I hope the staff can come together and provide some type of customer service in the future.
