    On 9/20, I scheduled an appointment to have my sons hair done. The appointment was originally scheduled using Angies square account for 9/24 at 3pm. However, I was unable to make that appointment due to a previously scheduled appointment, so I used the website to reschedule for another date and time that was available, 9/25 @ 3pm. I received a text the day of from square stating that my appointment had been rescheduled for 9/26 without any communication from *****. I reached out to ***** asking if my she had rescheduled my appointment, to which she responded she did. I advised that the new date and time did not work for me, as the service would already be done by another provider before then. She advised that I could reach out at another date for a free service, however, I advised that I would rather be refunded and have the appointment canceled. ***** proceeded to cancel the appointment but did not refund my $85 fee. She instead changed her website to say that refunds are not available, however, she made the mistake of only changing it for the service I booked and not the others. Indicating obvious fraudulent behavior. She advised that my $85 fee was spent prior to my service to cover the cost of her booth rent.
