      The contractor they hired to install my hardwood floor displayed a chauvinistic attitude towards women. I wanted to extend the wood to my hallway per my consultation with the store manager concerning the wood matching. The contractor kept telling me it wasn't in the work order and that he was going to call ****** at the store. ****** told me that I could return the extra box of wood for a credit and came by to pick it up but it was too heavy. She also told me they would replace that T mold that is the wrong color, at no charge. I requested a quote for my other hallway and I would decide on keeping the wood. Well she gave me THE ORIGINAL quote for it that did not include the wood I already have! When I questioned it, she said I needed a box and a half. But I already have a box! I decided not to get it done so I called the store and spoke to ***** who advised he couldn't do anything with the wood and would have ****** call me since she offered to take the wood back. That was August 23, 2024. I have yet to receive a call. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      ***** Floor Fashions delivered! All with Great customer service, ***************** work for laying carpet throughout our home. The price and quality of the product were on point. Id definitely recommend their services. Our Rep ************ Was amazing!!

      I am honestly a little shocked to see all of these positive reviews and am wondering why our experience was so drastically different. We had floors replaced. The work was done overall well, but the customer service and communication throughout the project was horrific. They did not listen to us about what we wanted. We were getting our floors replaced on just the upstairs. The day of the install, they had ordered flooring for our entire house and blamed us for the miscommunication. They then broke our bedroom dresser and left without telling us. The project coordinator was extremely rude to us about it and accused us of lying about it not being broken before. They eventually told us that they would take the original cost of our dresser out of our total cost of the floors, but they would need to take the broken dresser when we found a replacement. We have received several unprofessional texts by the project coordinator asking why we haven't found a replacement dresser yet and that we have had plenty of time to look. Overall, our experienced with the team at Kisers has been negative and unprofessional. While the work was done well (besides the broken furniture and the poor communication during the planning stage), we will not be working with them in the future due to their unprofessional behavior and repeated negative attitude towards us.

      Losers did an amazing job on our wood laminate flooring! The store has a wide selection of products and they were extremely helpful to us in making a selection. Installers did a great job. Will definitely use them again for any future flooring needs!

      Kisers does it again!Ive been using Kisers for my flooring for years. They just completed new carpeting for my personal home( second time in 28 years) They always do a great job and the price and quality of the products are second to none. ***** always follows up whether its a job for a client or for myself to be sure we are satisfied!       Kisers was the first and only stop to look for flooring. Hope greeted me when I walked thru the doors. She made me an appointment for that week to take measurements and talk about what I wanted.There were so many choices but **** was able to help me make right decisions for my home and I love it. ***** and his team did an excellent job and were very courteous and professional. Before ***** left we walked thru to make sure everything looked good and furniture was in the right place and it looked wonderful. Hope and ***** are both great assets to Kisers in *******
