    The caretaker was a wonderful individual, very attentive and caring to my mom and myself. She should work for another company though. 1 Star solely for the caretaker! she was great.Unfortunately *** of Mphs was NOT so nice to work with. #1 We were working to get my mother in "Choices" with TennCare which *** also works with, she was accepted into their program as of 6/1/23. so, in trying to get an authorization for *** from Choices I held off on paying 6/12 - 6/16 bill and 6/19 - 6/23, in order to receive the benefits from Choices plan and then pay difference owed after Choices paid. Well low and behold as of Tuesday the 27 the owner of *** of Memphis takes upon himself to pay amounts from my bankcard (how I had paid some bills in past) for the previous mentioned weeks and 1 day 6/26/23. Which mind you I DID NOT AUTHORIZE! #2 And not only that they did not send out the caretaker for my mom on Tuesday the 27th NOR DID THEY NOTIFY ANYONE THAT SHE WASN"T COMING!!!! She was left to sit alone that day with NO electricity or a meal! WHAT kind of COMPANY who cares for senior individuals DOES THAT???? Be aware this company is NOT worthy of your trust to care for your loved ones!!!!
