      I called at 7:30 sharp trying to get a much needed appointment for my blood pressure and they answered the phone and hung up twice.as soon as I said hello they just hung up! I don't know what these people problem is but they really need to stop pretending to care for people health!

      Internal records were reviewed and audit logs in our records shows the consumer spoke to our representative on 7/12/22 @ 8:49AM and was scheduled an appointment for 7/12/22 @ 2:00 PM.  Audit records show consumer checked in on 7/12/22 at 2:01 PM and checked out on 7/12/22 at 4:04 PM.  We have no other records of the consumer calling but we do apologize for her experience and the delay in reaching us.  Our goal is always to provide the highest level of quality care for all of our consumers.  We hope the consumer will continue to allow us to provide any future services she may need.  Redacted internal audit logs can be submitted for confirmation of appointment, if requested.  Please reach out if you have any additional questions.  Thank you.
