    I got my above ground pool installed June 18, 2025 and a friend got hers installed the end on June the same year. She paid $2000 less for the same pool and ladder. She also got a perma salt filter which is more expensive, while I got a cartridge filter. When you call the store to speak to the manager you are sent to ***** in service instead. Not good business. My receipt does not have prices on it so I dont know what I was charged for each item.

    Ms. ***** I'm sorry you are unsatisfied with Family Leisure. We have reviewed you invoice and your friend's invoice. We sell many different sizes and quality pools. Based off your invoices there is only a $200 difference in the amount of the pools you purchased. You received a Canyon Stone and your friend got a Midway pool. They are different pools. We also have multiple departments at Family Leisure with managers in each. To help you get to the correct department we ask that you mention which manager you are wanting to speak with to the receptionist to get to the correct department.     I bought a pool from family leisure 5 years ago after 3 it lost all it's water a month ago I purchased a liner replacement for $1686.00 finally they come out to replace it when cut out the liner the installer said the walls and tracks were rusted out. I called family leisure about the warranty took 2 more weeks to tell me they would give me a 40 percent discount on the rusted out parts and then there estimate was over $4400.00 to repair it. That was more than I paid for the complete pool and install. For no more life than I got out of the first one it was not worth it. The installers said the rust holes is probably what made the first one leak. Then I canceled the liner replacement and asked for my money back then they would only give me $1300.00 of my $1680.00 back I would not recommend Family Leisure to anyone poor quality pool and service now I have 2 very unhappy grandchildren

    We bought a pool from them that had a 30 year warranty on it. We are less then 15 years into it, went to replace the liner and were told we need a new pool. When we stated asking how much the warranty would cover, we were told they no longer carry that brand of pool and would not honor the warranty. They will not help us in any way! We were not told the warranty was only covered by the people that make the pool. That company was sold and is no longer in business. So we are just out all that money! This seems like fraud to me. They should honor the warranty. We could have gotten a cheaper pool if we had only known at the time that the warranty was worthless! Family Leisures staff is uncaring and unwilling to work with people!!

    I would give Family Leisure negative 5 stars if this would allow me to. My personal opinion, based on my direct experience dealing with them, is that they that they contract with less than reputable contractors who do shady work, and then Family Leisure refuses to stand behind the work. I did not contract with the contractor who did subpar work. I contracted with and paid Family Leisure. It is my personal opinion that this is a very shady company. They are welcome to leave a bovine excrement reply. I do not consider them an honest business.
