    I booked a room at Best Western Galleria. Booking and checking in was fine. I called down to the front desk to ask about a charge on my card, the lady was very rude. On October 27, 2024, during their breakfast lets keep in mind I am a dialysis patient and I have lupus. I took one bite of their eggs and got sick. I couldn't make it to the restroom before I vomited everywhere so I found the nearest trash can. They began speaking their native language while looking at me so I asked was it an issue with me throwing up and she said yes. Again they began speaking their native language while looking at me. So I asked would have rathered me do it in the floor or the trash, I'm explaining I couldn't make it. She's complaining about cleaning a trash can that wasn't dirty, I made sure to clean up behind myself. They were very insensitive to me being sick.

    On June 25th we chose to book a hotel because our power was out due to a storm. We booked a room at the Best Western Galleria. When we arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm and the hotel had no power. We tried to call, but the hotel's phone was not working. We chose not to go inside the hotel because it did not have power (the whole block was out). The next day I tried to call and ask for a refund and the phones at the hotel were still not working (indicating the hotel still did not have power). When I finally called the hotel they refused to give me a refund because I did not come into the building (a building without power) to cancel my reservation).
