    I arrived at La Quinta Inn & Suites by ******************************** and was informed the pool was closed and not any hot breakfast. However it doesnt say the pool is closed nor grab and go breakfast. I decided to cancel and was double charged. I never went to the room only went to the check in desk. I contacted customer service after I was told one of the charges would be refunded in 5-7 days. However I was charged twice. The young lady would only tell me her last name was p and first name ***. This was so rude and unprofessional. I never cursed and understood it would take several days to get one refund but why was I double charged and only given one refund of $154. Im owed another $154 total inconvenience for me as I went to another hotel and paid twice the amount for better customer service.

    Thank you for notifying our office of the concern filed by ************************* at the La Quinta by Wyndham property in *******. To assist in reaching a resolution, *** informed the propertys general manager of the situation. The general manager will contact the guest on or before April 5, 2023. As a company, were committed to delivering a great experience with every stay with us.

    Dec **** i stayed at the la quinta in *************, two months later they charged me $250 for cleaning fees, i dont smoke and im very clean so i dont know how the fees popped up months later, i have been calling this business and either i get no answer or they say the manager is not in at the moment. *** left my number many times and still havent got a call back, i stay in ******** so i cant just pop up at the hotel, now my back account is in the negative and my rent is due plus other bills

    I made reservations for this hotel in January, we were traveling for my sons baseball tournament. I called the hotel around 11:30am on 2/18/23 to check if we could check in early the lady that answered the phone said no & confirmed my reservation but said that it would be ready by 1:30pm & i told her we would be there after 7pm bc of the games. We arrived at 7:15pm & the ladies at the front desk said they had no ************ could not find my confirmation even after showing them the email which I booked through the direct hotel. She just said sorry wrote my number down. We drove around Memphis for over 2 hours looking for a hotel as they all were booked. She called after 9pm & said they had 2 cancellations if we needed to a room still & she discounted it. Upon arriving she discounted it by $20, the elevator in the hotel was broken. After finally getting a room the room above us had a party until about 4am so noone got any rest. When we checked out the lady at the front desk acted like we were bothering her by checking out & was hateful. this was the worst experience.
