    Someone had a bowel movement in the pool prior to the big Fourth of July weekend. The pool was closed down for the night once it was reported, but they could not do any cleaning services until the following morning since the head of engineering was not there. The next day, people were swimming in the pool. They did not drain it, they only got the specimen out. Since this property has already caused one death due to water contamination in 2017 by their hot tub, I figured it would be taken more seriously.

    The worst hotel of my life, we stayed 3 nights, we paid more than $200 a night and they never cleaned our room, they didn't make the bed or pick up the trash from the room, we talked to the manager and she didn't do anything for us, we asked her to give us late check out and he didn't want it, the sheets didn't look good when we arrived, the pool water looked cloudy and with leaves, they ruined our trip, the worst hotel in my life, the people at the reception and the manager didn't help us, unfortunate attention, we traveled a a lot and this is a hotel that I would not recommend to anyone. We arrived from Graceland tired at 5 in the afternoon, tired and we couldn't be in our room because it was dirty. We didn't have clean towels or toilet paper and we wanted to shower and rest and we had to go to the pool an hour we came back and they only left us clean towels and they collected the garbage they never made the bed or vacuumed the floor in 3 days

    My husband and I stayed there over New Years. After the fact, I received a charge for $12 on my credit card statement for 2 bottles of water. I dont even remember water bottles being in our room. I talked with the hotel twice and they never got back to me. What kind of water costs $6 a bottle? If it was there, it should have been labeled as having a charge. There was no minibar.

    I would not recommend this venue to have your wedding or reception.Their customer service is horrible. Our Wedding specialist would not return emails or voicemails for me, it took my fianc to call for him to respond and then when he did he had a bad attitude. He then quit answering phone calls and emails all together after receiving our deposit.We even reached out to the *** of ************************* enterprises and all he said was sorry much needs to be fixed. I then got 1 email from the head of the special events department and then he never responded.I again say THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, The whole experience was very stressful and most of all VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!We had to cancel our wedding at Graceland.

    We were treated horribly. Sat at the airport in 5 degree weather for over an hour to be picked up by the shuttle. Room was not clean. We dont even have a toilet paper holder. Staff is extremely rude. Paid for VIP+Plane and almost everything was shut down at Graceland and they will not refund you. No staff to open restaurant. The other restaurant only does to go orders because no one showed up for work to serve you. The host was rude at the desk by the door in the restaurant. They shut down the gift shop. No internet. There was no movie showed one night. The morning the power went out we were eating breakfast and the staff said we dont take cards. But you cant leave till you pay cash. When we were at Elviss house we were rushed through. Was not able to do nothing else because the plane was closed and almost every single place there. We were told there might not even be staff for Christmas Day for eating dinner. They bathroom were nasty down stairs. Getting coffee at the ********* we were told we could not have a pastry because the oven was not working. But I watched him warm up other pastry for certain people. They dont offer no kind of compensation. The price we paid to stay here in these conditions is unacceptable. This place needs to be investigated. Not to mention the fruit at the breakfast bar had mold in it and fruit flies. The staff was picking in the food on the bar when the power went out. The staff acts like they are hanging out and not running a business.

    Last night 12/24/22 we went to go eat dinner here and the one placed was closed due to not having staff and the bar and grill was only doing to go orders because they have no server. Then at 8:30 ish the fire alarm went off in the whole building. We waited from about 5 minutes before running down the back stairs and out into the cold with no jackets, gloves, or hats. Waiting for the all clear to find out they had a main water pipeline broke on the 6th floor. Now half the people have to move to other rooms. They gave them 10 minutes to move all their stuff out. Then this morning on Christmas Day, we went to go eat breakfast just to see water leaking from ceiling everywhere. I took video of everything. They told us at breakfast time they are closing the kitchens and no one will have Christmas dinner here. We have no car and we are not from here. They said, at least you ate breakfast. Everyday seems to get worst with no compassion for human kind. I spoke to costumer service ( manager) acting like she had sympathy but with attitude. She told me I will take the **** plane off the room. Acting like she done me a favor. Thats not a favor. I never used it. Thats the right thing to do.

    Awful service!! Room not cleaned or trash removed for 3 ********** constantly broken, most staff not helpful and seem miserable. Big reason for choosing this hotel was ***** movies nothing worked so could not watch. Staff didnt seem to care about guests at all. Just a horrible hotel for $300/night. Tried constantly to get supervisor would not contact me, gave email, phone and there 3 days never tried to contact me! Awful place

    ***************************************be very careful about making reservations ***************************** at the guest house at graceland i booked a wedding honeymoon and my partner canceled the wedding i tried to cancel my reservations 4 weeks in advance and left several messages with management and they never returned any phone calls after weeks of trying to contact someone and they still tried to collect from my charge card very very very poor customer service
