  I bought a home they purchased and flipped. They threw the project together by cutting corners and lied about a major water leak in the home prior to me purchasing. I asked the seller/ investor if this was true and he lied about the situation when neighbors and the old owner that sold it to him told me different. The walls are literally falling apart and cracking at the seams. They painted dirty walls with flat white paint so all the dirt and water damage is sealing through. I almost had a fire due to bad work. My neighbor bought a house from them also and the same thing has happened to them. I cant state that every investor that works for this company is the same but the one I dealt with doesnt care who he hires and what kind of job they do. He is all about making money and will put you in an unsafe and unhealthy home. I had a home inspection done and from what they seen all that needed to be fixed was put on the contract and was supposed to be done. There was a bird in my furnace they were supposed to get out per contract when the winter came around my heat wouldnt work because the bird was dead and stuck in there. I have tried to contact an attorney and unfortunately I cant afford to persue because the amount is phenomenal. So I will make sure *** are aware before they purchase a home that was bought by this company. What looks good is not always good for you so buyers beware.

  I understand the complaint regarding the sale of a property in **********, **. After reviewing the provided photos, I acknowledge that the current condition of the property appears problematic. However, I have spoken with my investor client, whom I represented as the listing agent, and he has assured me that all work was completed with quality craftsmanship. A thorough inspection was conducted, and any necessary repairs identified during the process were addressed. To the best of our knowledge at the time, the seller was satisfied with the completed work. My client was not aware of any prior leaks or any necessary repairs that were left unaddressed.

  Thats false because the old home owner has stated that the investor was aware of water damage and the bad living conditions of the home. The investors own plumber stated he fixed a major water leak problem and neighbors spoke with the gentleman and told him they shut the water off. Just like the neighbor house the work was done cheap and they had to fight to get stuff done. They report walls falling apart as well.
