      Systems Technologies (ST) installed the camera, audio, magnetic door lock, and WIFI systems at my business. I am having issues that need to be fixed, and I have contacted Systems Technologies numerous times with no return call. ST holds the passwords to the programs that would need to be accessed to fix my issues. These programs are not propriety for ST and I have paid in FULL for the software. I am unable to hire another company to fix my issues without these passwords.

      On October 2021 we completed the installation of Pure Beauty Salons AiPhones, Access Control, Camera/NVR, ******* and Unifi Cloud Key/Wifi Systems.

      Upon completion Mr. **** ********* was given login credentials to every system as an Admin user.

      On June 21, 2024, Mr. **** ********* retained an IT technician, and both Mr. **** ********* and his technician were again given the necessary credentials needed to resolve his issues at that present time.

      The week of July 15, 2024, Mr. ********* allowed ******* to change out his modem with a new device without his IT technician being onsite to oversee and ensure that all systems were functioning properly afterwards.

      Therefore, it is not the responsibility of Systems Technologies, Inc. to provide service to Pure Beauty Salon given the following:
      1.) All system installations provided by Systems Technologies, Inc. functioned properly for three (3) years.
      (Two (2) years past the contractor's warranty.)
      2.) All login credentials have been provided on two (2) occasions.
      3.) 
      Pure Beauty Salon has retained an IT Technician.
      4.) 
      Modifications to Pure Beauty Salon internet were done without communicating to anyone technical to mitigate potential downtime.
      5.) 
      Pure Beauty has an outstanding balance with Systems Technologies in the amount of $1,540.00.
