    Nationwide pulled ******* dollars from my account on June *******. They added my oldest daughter, *************************************, to my account without my knowledge or permission. The daughter that was added is covered by another family member on another policy. I provided documentation that during the period in question to show that Destiny was already covered for that period of time. The Clarence ****** Agency backdated a payment of ****** to include Destiny to my policy in error and will not give me a refund. This large, unexpected debit to my account had a very negative impact on my livelihood. Since the policy has been cancelled, I am having issues getting anyone at Nationwide to assist.

    Hello,
    Please see attached notes/documents RE: *********************

    A letter was sent to ******************** in February 2023 informing her of the driver to be added if no action was taken. The letter gives the option to excluded driver if no need for the driver to be on policy. No response was received until June 2023.
    Per Nationwide underwriter the exclusion is honored the date is signed. 
    Our agency does not issue refunds of any kind. This is processed through Nationwide billing service. 
    We were able to get a credit of $313.89 processed to the policy before cancellation and $510.79 refunded to customer after cancellation. No other refund/credits due.
