  Elmer Lawn Care & Landscaping "Lopez Landscapes" did a second job of landscaping for me in my backyard, Completed 5-8-24. Deposit was $600 paid 4-21-24 and next $600 paid on 5-8 for a total of $1200. The original estimate included 6 golden eunymous plants, but only three were used. Elmer ********************** agreed to my terms of painted the bricks a dark brown color to match the house, as well as using dark brown mulch. However when he finished I inspected the work and to my surprise a redish brown spray paint for the brinks and redish brown mulch were used that did not match the house. I mentioned it to Mr. ********************** and he stated that he could not find dark brown spray paint or mulch and that he had to get what he brought. Never at any time did he nform me that he had difficulty getting dark brown mulch and spray paint. Instead he took it upon himself to by redish brown. After an exchange of texts (which I kept) he agreed to bring three bags of dark mulch to fix the situation. He also used two dark brown spray paint cans I had at the house to cover the redish brown paint he put on the bricks. Not at any time that he offer to deduct any cost for his wrong actions. Nor did I think to ask because I thought he would act in good faith and fixed the situation. Rather he suggested that I fix it by going to the store the next day buy brown paint and do it myself. How absurd! He also promised to bring the three bags of mulch but did not. When I texted and called him, he did not return any of my texts or calls. I gave him a low rating on ******** and he deleted all of his landscaping pictures on the page (Elmer Lawn Care & Landscaping). I took pictures of his page before and after. I am requesting that Mr. ********************** reimburse me $50 for the additional three golden euynomous plants he did not purchase and the two cans of brown spray paint that he and his assistant used, as well as deliver me three bags of dark brown mulch as he promised. I have his text messages as proof of his promise.
