      I would like say starting off customer ********************** is there and it does changes when numbers get involved! I contacted the company and specifically asked can I get a quote standard saying is we dont give quotes over the phone, someone has to come out. Understood I get that and I agreed now the man came out was polite and gave two quotes. One for $200 and one for a temporary solution $125 I told him Ill call and be ready this weekend. He said no service is done, I need $40 for a service fee. Now this is where it takes a turn, i agree to a quote he said soon as you ****** it you are obligated to pay $40 and you owe us this. Call this manager and says well didnt you tell them? He did say he was coming and said again it says it on the website, soon as you click on ******. At the point Im lost because I was up into that point getting a I was going to need that service but he responded with you didnt get service today. Im charging you! Please Help me to where I went wrong asking for proof and asking if someone mentioning this prior to arrival? No it was and it was confirmed that manager said the same thing! Now myself not wanting to argue was going to pay and walk away but his manager make it clear on the speaker phone so you didnt tell her! It is common decency to charge for time and service rendered of course but 5 minutes and $40 to tell me I gave the a solution? A bit much and I said I was scheduled you for this weekend. We went back and forth longer then we did on a solution!
