      I Think there service is of minorities and base off insurance they treat you less then the ones with good insurance

      This patient was requesting treatment for a condition he had never been seen for or evaluated for that could not be accommodated. His request was responded to by a provider that explained why he would need to be seen in the office. The decision was based solely on quality care and no other factors.

      I would not be surprised if the location at ********************** have several lawsuits. This location has caused me so much pain and suffering. I have been on leave from work since 10/16/2023 due to a smashed disc in my spine and New York Life (NYL) has been trying to get paperwork from this office since 10/21/2023. NYL keep having to send the paperwork back because Dr. ************** is not feeling out the paperwork correctly or missing information. The manager **** has not returned none of my calls I left her so many messages I lost count and when I went in the office and ask for the manger, she told them to tell me she did not have time to speak with me she was filing. I have asked for *** corporate number or a district manager, but no one will give me the information. Some of the *** locations were close recently this should have been one of them they do not care about their patients. I give them 0 stars
