*********************** gave 2 stars because stars should be shared across the board so the only ones getting stars are the doctors. The Medical assistants/front desk ladies are absolutely ruthless. '0' care about patient care or patient confidentiality. We've had 2-3 instances where we've had to fill out new patient paperwork because they claimed to not have our children's charts. On top of that, having attitude when you try to correct them. When you go into a doctor's office the staff should be leading by example. Getting home and having your kids asking you, "Daddy, why was that lady at the doctor office so mean, that hurts my feelings" has got my undivided attention. Whatever I need to do to reassure my children that going to the doctor should be a somewhat fun experience and not having someone make you feel bad about yourself. Doctors 5 stars all day. The staff should go find another industry to find a job in if you can't deal with children all day at a doctor's office. Having this experience makes me have say to myself that going to the *** isn't all too bad now.

Im almost embarrassed to write this because of how silly the issue was and how I was treated. Anyone with bad allergies knows when you find a medication that works, you stick with it. We switched to this practice recently since where we were previously going was just too far to work into our schedule any longer. I took my daughter in for allergies and explained to the doctor what medicine has been working. She could not find that medicine So she called in something she said was similar. I go to the pharmacy. The medicine that was called in, no one has in stock. I explained to the pharmacist what medicine we were needing (showed her the picture I showed the doctor). They had it. She needed to talk to the doctor to get them to fix the prescription to get this correct one. By that time, the doctors office was closed. The pharmacist said she would call the next morning and get it straightened out. It would be an easy fix. I called the next morning to see if the prescription was ready, I was told they could not get to speak to anyone that could help them. So I called. I got nowhere in 1.5 hours. The front office person tried her best to help but no doctors would speak to me. The office person clearly knew what the issue was and explained it to the first doctor. That doctor called in the same incorrect prescription. A Medical degree doesnt equal common sense. The next doctor called in something random that doesnt work. I paid my copay and my issuance will pay the full bill for nothing. The previous visit with my other daughter for a routine checkup lasted 2+ hours because the front office staff forgot to check us in. When we finally saw the doctor he made a comment that we were late! For yearly check *** they do almost nothing. Our previous doctors office at least ran routine blood and urine tests. This office did a height and weight check, and a bend over and touch your toes. And that was about it.Once you pay and leave, you mean nothing to this practice.
