    Two years ago, the ** contracted with ****************************** my home. 1st tech installed it with a bent chair frame. When I pointed it out, he said that was how they are made and refused. Unit failed on a late Friday and I had to wait until the following Tuesday for service. *** " fingers" on the carriage. Over the next 6 months I had 8 service calls for the unit failing to operate. Finally had the carriage replaced under warranty. Was told by one of the techs that the one who installed it was terminated. Additional supports were added due to its length. Bent carriage was never replaced even after repeated requests. After warranty period ended, they seemed to loose interest. Another company took over and may end up replacing the original installation per the VA. Most of the techs were nice, but I would not do business with them if I had a choice.
