I recently prepaid for a **************** from SkinBody Memphis for use with my service provider there. I went in at 10am this morning to get a refund for the unused service as my trusted service provider is no longer employed there. I have severe Rosacea and issues I only trust her with & just wanted a refund. I was informed by a manager ***** that she has spoken with another person over her named ***** and they will not issue me a refund. I explained my situation and since the services cannot be completed by my trusted service provider refunding my money is what I need back for a service that wasnt rendered. I was told again that they will not issue me a refund & that they could spread the amount I paid of $960. over multiple SkinBody gift cards for other people to use! Thats ridiculous and I could hardly afford to purchase the service for myself much less give it away in the form of gift cards! Please help me with getting my money refunded as services were not & cannot be rendered from my trusted provider. Thank you for your time & help with this matter!

******************** purchased a prepaid service for SkinBody at our Open House on November 9, 2023.  This is an annual event that offers our clients discounts off our regular prices.  ******************** has been a client of SkinBody since 2019.  We do not sell services attached to our providers. Clients purchase services through SkinBody- not our providers.  Our providers are **** contractors, and do not own, insure, or supply inventory for our machines/services.  As you will see in the attached ticket, the purchase clearly states the Employee tab: INHOUSE.  We don't assign a provider to the purchase until an appointment for the services are made.  We are taxed on these pre-paid sales as liabilities and in-fact will stay INHOUSE without expiration regardless of whether a contractor remains working with SkinBody.  Our policy is that ******** Services, Deposits, as well as Gift Cards are non-refundable.  This is industry standard.  In an effort to make ******************** happy- we offered her the ability to use her pre-paid towards any of our other services or retail products, and even offered to split the prepaid up into as many Gift Cards as she would like to give as gifts. We are still happy to accommodate her in any 3 of those ways.  In summary, clients do not purchase services through our **** contractors.  The pre-paids, as gift cards, are purchased to be used at SkinBody Memphis with any of our service providers.  Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
