    My family hired this guy to do my grandmother headstoneThe headstone was suppose to have a vase and her picture on it. My mom and her brothers paid this guy in full for my grandmother headstone to be right.So the first time the headstone was not correct my mom told him about he told her he would fix itThe day they laid the headstone down on her grave it still was not correct!.My mom reach out to him and he told her he would fix it! On April 6, 2024 I went out to visit her grave and notice that her headstone was still not correct and my mom and uncle contacted him again and he gave us the ran around yet again!.I went to see her grave on May 9, 2024 and the headstone is still not right! Now he is ignoring us!!!! We trusted you to make sure her headstone was beautiful for her final resting placing! You failed us and we will be contacting our attorney!

    9/16/2022 I contacted ********************* for the designed and price of a headstone for my Mothers grave.11/01/202 A deposit of $763.50 was made for the purchase and delivery of the stone to the cemetery.12/122022 The wrong color stone was received by **********************12/21/2022 Correct Color stone was received by **********************12/21/2022 Final payment of $666.63 The payment was returned and reprocessed by *************12/23/2022 The payment was returned but ******. He was unable to process the payment due to his payment system upgrade. ****** asked me to go to ******* to send him the payment. This is terrible customer service and I will not incur additional expense to pay this company. I explained to ****** this is highly unusual and I would send him a check or money order when verification of the stone has been deliveries and installed. ****** refused to accept the responsibility. 01/04/2023 I cancelled the down payment of $763.00.My status was this transaction was null and void.02/06/2023 ****** sends me an email with a picture of the stone that I had ordered for my Mother with the caption Thanks for the idea ppl **************** Ive sold 2 based of this style. Now, that is vindictive and cruel. Ive never experience such malicious behavior. My family and I still want the stone and will gladly pay for the stone. However, we will need some securities on the delivery.

    ********************* is not been truthful. Please see the attached supporting documents. Via an verbal conversation. I explained I would send him a check when the headstone has been delivered and installed. Since Im so far away I asked that installed be verified. I would send a family member to verify the stone had been installed.
