  Do not deal with this company. They are setup as an accu-trade partner that works with cars.com to make offers on cars. Despite stating this specifically in the email to me from the salesman, he claimed to not know what accu-trade was. After bringing the car to the dealership, I was offered $3,000 less for the car than the original offer. I asked why there was a reduction and they said they could not honor the accu-trade offer since they didn't know anything about it and that they used a different appraisal system. They also claimed only one person (that was not there at the time) could access the accu-trade system. They were supposed to contact me back the next day but never did. After I contacted them back, they claimed they still couldn't offer any more than the other appraisal system because there was an open recall (just needed a software update) on the car. The original offer was based on the vin which is what is used to determine open recalls so this excuse also did not make any sense. They were clearly dealing in bait and switch tactics and should be avoided at all costs. Fortunately, ****** was willing to offer an amount almost identical to the original "bait" offer from AutoNation so it worked out well for me in the end. Go to Carmax not AutoNation!

  For the love of God, and I don't mean to be blasphemous but do not buy anything from these people. I am the one that bought a 2016 **** Focus from these clowns on July 28th, 2022. I did not even get the car until August 11, 2022 because it took them 2 weeks to take an exhaust off? They had to send it out too. So I drove this car from August 11 until September 13th of this year. I actually drove it for 30 days! The transmission went completely out ! It has been sitting per ************** waiting for parts. That car has been in their service department way over 3 months! They are refusing to replace this POS or refund my money! I wish I would have never walked into AutoNation Nissan. I have had to retain legal counsel regarding this issue. I am 63 years old and on a fixed income. These people act like this is my fault. The salesperson that sold me this piece of c*** has not spoken to me since October 31st. He chooses to ignore me. How disrespectful is that? I don't care if they never sell anything. They are horrible people that don't and won't stand behind what they sell and don't care what their customer has to deal with. They won't send the finance company a copy of the diagnostic report. What does that tell you? Stay Away from this place!
